Registration fees & Accomodation

 The fees include attendance to all sessions, coffee breaks, catering and conference documents. 

Participation fees without accomodation 

• Standard registration : 15 000 DZD
• Student* registration   : 6 000 DZD 
• Non authors                : 10 000 DZD
• Additional paper          : 5 000 DZD

Participation fees with accommodation (02 nights+02 dinners) ** 

• Standard registration   : 25 000 DZD
• Student* registration     : 16 000 DZD
• Non authors                  : 25 000 DZD

(*) Students must present a proof of their student status (2025/2026).

Participants will be accommodated at the Lac Hotel, located 1.5 km from the University of Bejaia. (https://hoteldulac.net/)

Registration for participants arriving on 01/12/2025 will be held at the Lac Hotel in the afternoon.
